Portal-based setup using your MAC address
Note: MAG boxes use a portal URL instead of a playlist. Send us your MAC address and we'll configure everything remotely.
Turn on your MAG box. Go to Settings → System Information. Note the MAC address (format: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX).
Send your MAC address to us via WhatsApp. We'll register it and send you a portal URL within minutes.
On the MAG box: Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals. Enter your TVNADO portal URL in Portal 1.
Press OK to save, then reboot the MAG box. It will connect to the TVNADO portal and load all channels automatically.
Use the MAG remote to navigate the full channel list. Full EPG, VOD and catch-up are available based on your plan.
